Autumn Retreat
Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation

This three day retreat, away from daily concerns, will allow, in a space of calm and security, to create a more appropriate environment to know ourselves more deeply.  Close to nature, we will immerse ourselves in the practice of postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and meditation (Drushti).

Yoga and Meditation opens the way for us to have an attitude toward life based on an active awareness of the intrinsic nature of the interrelationship of all the elements of life.

We will take time to listen to the silence. and address the three fundamental principles of Yoga and Meditation practice:

Principle of Reality (perception), principle of Change (anicca - impermanence) and Principle of Causality (actions in the path of their Impacts).

TO WHOM IS ADDRESED

For people with a regular Yoga practice that want to deepen the path of self-knowledge.

OSSEUS - Health impacts

Continuous attention through awareness of the body deeply nourishes the mind.

The act of being present to everything that happens allows the student to gradually cultivate greater insight into the actions we take and their impact.

Cultivating mindfulness has a great impact on our health, allowing for a reduction in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and stress, which in turn calms the mind through greater understanding, balance, and organization, expanding from the inside out into everything around us.

The possibility of transformation only occurs when we are deeply present in the moment.
